Works for normal loads September 4, 2010

It seems to have difficulty with loads from switched power supplies, in particular an ECM motor that was powered from A/C with a special power supply. It is powered by a battery, which has both good and bad sides. The good is that it works with various power signals. The bad is that it's one more battery to keep buying and that fails when you need it.
