Good for the price. This safe is not sold as a high-security bank vault, and that is not what you're getting. What you do get is an inexpensive, well-hidden safety box for valuables. The key lock, as I said, is not impenetrable, as neither is the door, but the cost stands for the product. If no one knows it's there, it can't be broken into. I simply hid mine behind a picture, and it was hidden beautifully. It was fairly simple to install, though the hardware supplied with it was inadequate because of the type of construction, so I needed to replace the mounting screws. All in all though, it's a great deal for the money, so long as you aren't wanting an elaborate combination lock or a place to store The Hope Diamond.

The safe arrived with no problems and as advertised. The safe is ideal for keeping things safe from kids but would be easily defeated with a few simple tools. The advantage is it can be hidden in the wall and covered with a picture which i think is it's best defense. All in all a nice product for the money.

Pretty nice safe for the money well worth [...] bucks....construction is good fit and finish is good, we lock item up during the day and out at night for security, I do not think you will find a better deal on a manual locking safe

The safe has good weight. It can be opened with a crowbar, but hidden behind a dresser, picture, or in a closet the safe will easily store a handgun, space magazine, passports, and have leftover room.

This safe is great for hiding behind a picture or artwork on your wall. Perfect if you have kids and do not want them to be in danger or asking about what is in that safe you have under the bed or in the closet. Keep your children safe and feel secure knowing that you can access your weapon with ease. Great price and I received free shipping. You can't go wrong.
