In this case, I think I've gotten much more. It worked right out of the box and it holds a charge for quite a while. I can't say I've done any scientific testing of its brightness or battery charge holding ability or anything, but I am very pleased with its performance.

My Wife works nightshift in a rural area, so I send the spotlight in the car's passenger seat, this says a lot for the product. I trust my family's safety to it.
A lanyard attachment for attaching to the wrist is the only thing I would add.
